Meals are thoughtfully prepared by our professional chef who leverages the Amazon’s bounty while sourcing premium, specialty ingredients across the country to create fresh, healthy epicurean feasts. Family-style meals feature both Western favorites and Ecuadorian specialties.
Many of the fruits, vegetables and superfoods on our menu at Minga Lodge are sourced from the 173-acre working farm across the river.
