  • Mindfulness Meditation practice – basic principles will be taught and different aspects of meditation will be incorporated into every lecture,
  • Group reflections and individual journaling - is encouraged daily to cultivate awareness and appreciation of the impacts the retreat may be having on mind, body and spirit.
